I don't really know what I'd like to see, but I know what I don't want to see:
Quests introducing Menzies into FoW to balance against SC's.
Several interesting, yet over-all boring quests.
A final quest that takes a week to put into the game and 3 weeks to work.
New minis or EL tonics (oops, EL reindeer).
Let's not be creative, let's just keep doing the same shit :/

A new everlasting tonic in high end chest..ex: UW, FOW, ZCHEST.
-Only include FOW/UW if the speedclears are completely nerfed prior to wintersday.

Skill balance is #1 obv
Then if you're doing Snowball ATS (which I'd absolutely love) then FFS do the balancing between Dwayna and Grenth sides! It's been an obvious problem back in 2005, in a format all about Relic ehem Present running one side has 8 more snare skills... how about buff Yellow Snow?

- A reasonable excuse for why a minimum 25% of the things planned this month to happen will be pushed back at least one to two months, if it needs to be pushed back for whatever those things may be.
- A Half-Melted Snowman Mask and/or some kind of hat that can be dyed.
- A quest involving an avalanche caused by The Norn.
- All cold damage during Wintersday deals double damage. (haha)
Most importantly:
- For everyone to have an enjoyable experience and not introduce something everyone will be griefing one another because "I have something you don't". Wintersday is about having fun, spending time with your friends and cherishing the beginning of a new year. So don't spoil us too much!

Hm... let's see...
How about ANet actually calling it what it is, which is a Christmas celebration, as opposed to this generic PC "Wintersday" crap.

Because you will not find stables with jesus and friends anywhere in the game.It IS a wintersday celebration, you know the Santa Claus holiday tree type. (which still has nothing to do with christianity and is another thing they want to take from pagans)
Did you forget that presents at x-mas has nothing to do with christianity? and is simply a way for stores to sell more stuff in a season that there is very little theme to dress your store and advertisments with.
Everything GW celebrates has everything to do with Santa Claus X-mas and nothing with christianity Christmas.

Or that 'Christmas' was actually the Christianised version of the Winter Solstice long celebrated by pagans, where the tradition was to give friends seeds for the upcoming year.
But GW isn't about any real world religion, it's a game set in a make believe world with make believe events that happen to co-incide with some real world ones. And one of the more important events is NEW YEAR

yay for narrow-minded conservatism!
It's named Wintersday so that there will be a balance between all religions; so that no religion is picked as more important than another. Besides, Jesus was never mentioned in Tyrian/Elonian/Canthan history.

1. wintersday oozes (with santa hats!)
2. wintersday ooze tonic
3.wintersday ooze mini pet
4. mega AB sized snowball fights (if it didn't cause heaps of lag)
5.wintersday ooze summoning stone
6.ooze weapons
7.ooze hat

A thought for Anet, please oh please give us some better masks for this years Wintersday. I just took a look again at last years installments, I have to say those where the worst masks to date.
Allthough my little cousin thought they where cute looking, then again hes only 2 at the time and he thinks my controller for my tv was also cute looking
Pol
PS: At Benderama, I get the feeling you have a thing for Oozes possibly? Just a thought

A long questline that at various steps along the way allows you to unlock any and ALL festival hast that players may have missed due to family obligations, coming to he game later than the first year, etc.
For a supposed casual PvE experience, there's an awful lot of exclusion built in. Which makes no sense given the level cap and necessity to grind in PvE.

How about any new content, instead of new reasons to play the same content for the 130th time. No more Z-quests, farm these for gifts, clear UW for a few extra trinkets. Anything new would be a real gift!

Don't really care. Same old event... whoopdeedoo. What's the point, more masks people wear only that day of the year and never touch again? Grinding gamer title? Grinding a polar bear? Nah, all that stuff is so played out. WTB GW2 beta.
